Dinner from hell

On the 26th April 2015 i visited Smokey Mountain Spur in Brits around 19:00pm. At the door we were welcomed by Grace. She asked if the table we want was for 2 and we said yes and she picked a table for us but we didn't want to sit where she directed us to. I then suggested that we will sit outside and she followed us and she said she won't be serving us since her tables are not outside and she will get us someone to assist us. We then ordered a Sir Mango Juice for myself and a Pinacolada for the person i was with from her,she took our orders and she mentioned that it was Sunday and she doesn't want any trouble so we should quickly so she can get us our waiter. We were puzzled but didn't say anything to her. One of the managers passed and asked us if we have ordered and we told him the story and he got us Thulani \our waiter"and he gave us some time to look at the menu while he was attending another table. We waited and waited until when he came we were so fed up we asked for s bill. Thulani apologized and he promised to make us a quick order and we then placed the orders and yes our food was ready in like 10 min. But my food was burned. I'm really disappointed. """
