Dining Experience @ Spur Mall of the North Limpopo

I decided to come for late lunch at the Spur at Mall of the North in Limpopo.

When I arrived at the door, I was greeted professionally by my Delight. He took me to my table as I requested. My drinks order was taken and within 4 minutes my drink arrived at the table. He announced what special they have, and I told Delight exactly what I want. The table where I sitted clean, no damages to the chairs but had a chewing gum underneath the table. The stand for the sauces were dirty and dusty and could use a proper clean and polish. The salt and pepper pots were full but needed a clean as well as a clean around the heads/*****s. My food order arrived within 10-12 minutes. All extras were on the table as well.

Very professionally, Delight announced my meal with a smile and told me to enjoy it. There was no manager present to ask me if everything is okay and if I am enjoying my meal. Neither did Delight ask if I am okay and if I am enjoying my meal, but the service that Delight provided was excellent. Always smiling and approached me in a professional way.

I got offered dessert and coffee after my meal, but was to full of the feast I had. I will give a 4/5 rating for the vibe of the place. Overall cleanliness 3/5, for waiter service 5/5 and dining/food experience 4/5.
