Digusting service at golden feather spur vangate

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at Spur, Vangate Mall. Upon arrival, we were seated and waited approximately 10 minutes before our placemats were even arranged. Our server appeared to have an unpleasant demeanor from the outset. After placing our order, our waitress, Lulethu, brought our drinks but unfortunately spilled an entire glass of fizzy drink over us. To make matters worse, she immediately walked away, and it took several minutes for staff to bring serviettes to clean the mess.

Despite the inconvenience, no manager approached us to apologize or attempt to resolve the situation, even though we were considering leaving due to the poor service. The manager on duty, Mohammad, merely reiterated that it was an accident without offering any genuine apology or solution for the poor experience.

I strongly advise anyone planning to visit Spur at Vangate Mall to be prepared for subpar service and untrained staff.
