Deplorable Spur lack of service

I visited Ottawa Creek Spur in Edenvale on Sunday morning. What a mistake, I will never do that again, our service was shocking with 2 tables seated after us receiving their food at least 8 minutes before we received ours, The coffee was weak, the eggs overdone the toast served 5 minutes after the breakfast, no sale and pepper, The bill took ages to arrive and had 4 attempts to get it though using various machines to accomplish this. The manager more interested in placing an order on the system than taking care of my payment. All in all deplorable, I will never go there again and doubt I would visit another spur at this stage, clearly these are all momager run while the owners sit at home getting fat of the proceeds.
