Delightful staff, knowledgeable and confident

Serrano Spur at Davenport is an outstanding establishment to take your friends or family to. I had the good fortune to entertain a few friends there. I hope this message gets to the owner and management as well as the staff. Unfortunately when we send compliments, those on the receiving end, do not have the pleasure of knowing that they are appreciated. Therefore, I appeal to Spur to please let this branch know how appreciated they are. The design and ambiance already took my breath away. The atmosphere and good service added to the pleasurable experience we had. You can see when someone is grumpy or happy. Hygiene, of which I am most conscious about, was a priority to the staff. Smiles all round. Sometimes, one feels they cannot ask for help because in some restaurants they make you feel like you are troubling them. In this branch, we felt comfortable and at ease to ask for whatever we wanted because they really made us feel as if we were royalty, waiting upon us hand and foot! A big hug to the staff and to everyone who made our outing so refreshing. We had a choice to sit outside or inside and when it became a bit uncomfortable, they even willingly relocated us to another table of our choice, without a word of complaint. I also was impressed with the bar - which was well stocked and up to world class standard!!! A world class restaurant on our very doorsteps! Wow!
