Delayed Service

Hi, I am trying to contact Spur regarding updating my cell number on my loyalty app so I can redeem my vouchers that I have, its been almost a month and no one is replying to me, I was asked to sign forms and state what i needed changed and i sent this together with my id copy. my vouchers are expiring soon and i need to use them but i cant cause the otp when redeeming vouchers is going to a number i no longer use. My ref is CRM:***, Please can you update my contact number urgently and reply to my emails. It was my kids birthdays and if i cant take them out for their meals, then Spur looses me as a loyal customer.
