Deformation of character

<p>Well it has been 17 days later and no response from the owner of the Topeka Spur in Kenilworth Centre.</p> <p>On Monday 12 December 2016, I have decided to try out the new spur in Kenilworth on our boys night out. No welcome but only a waiter asking table for? We were then seated by a fairly fresh waitresses whom took our order. Upon been seated we ask if she could give us 10 minutes to decide. She then return and took our order. I have ordered the Monday special cheddar melt burger with pepper sauce and my cousin seated right next to me said he would like the same. The other two guys seated across myself order the Mexican burger special with an extra patty. Whilst the waitresses jotting down the order she repeated the order to confirm and passed a remark which was inappropriate at any given time an i quote " ARE YOU GUYS ***...,, BECAUSE YOU ORDERING THE SAME FOOD???" Wow that was just off the charts.</p> <p>I then took a breather not wanting to spoil the evening and continued on having a conversation and the rest of the guys decided to have a smoke. I have then decided to approach the manager on duty to address the issue. The manager on duty then me time to express my dissatisfaction and advise me that she will take this up with the senior manager and to advise the owner as well. If i recall the senior manager called by the name of Chris then came over and as what exzactly happened. I have explained this to him and was advise this will be brought to the owners attention.</p> <p>On that note our food arrived and the order was not what we ordered. I received a single burger with mushroom sauce on the side and that evens ****ed me further off. That was fix but not the issue on hand.</p> <p>Well it just goes to show that customers service etiquette does not exist at the Topeka Spur. I am now sure to go ahead with my initial plan to post this ordeal on every social media platform that there is to ensure that the public is aware on the poor and pathetic service I have endured and the slandering to my reputation. Furthermore I will be taking this matter further to sue the Franchise "SPUR" and not the initial store for Deformation of character.</p> <p>I hope this matter is address as urgent an in accordance.</p>
