Deconstructed undercooked food

Jabulani Spur Wow! I ordered cheddamelt schnitzel and i got a chicken with a slice of cheese on top, totally undercooked! The waitress gave me attitude when i asked her to take it back! She put it in the microwave and brought it back looking exactly the same!
