Deafening music

Wild Falcon Spur plays their music extremely loud which makes it unpleasant to dine at the neighbouring establishment. I am not talking about their birthday songs, which are also obnoxiously loud, but their music in general. I understand that they are trying to create a vibe but it is doing harm to other businesses.
