Daughters birthday, complained, and no feedback

on the 25th October 2014 for my daughters birthday, I took my daughter to spur in Vredenburg after a funeral, tried to make her birthday a little bit special. But the service there was pathetic. I ordered a Kiddies pizza for my daughter and asked them to bring her a ice-cream and sing to her. My mother, brothers and myself had about 3 or 4 drinks before they finally brought the Ice-cream for my daughter, and no1 even sang, so my daughter said she will wait for her pizza and for them to sing, so she went to play. After her ice-cream was completely melted, and we had another 2 or 3 drinks, I was becoming impatient as they still never brought my daughters pizza, after finally getting the waitress, I told her I want my daughters pizza and the bill and I told her straight that it was the worst service ever, When we finally got my daughters Pizza, We were standing by the Exit door waiting, while we were sitting in the spur, I laid a complaint on Spur website and even got a reply to ask what happened, I have phone a few times for feedback, but I still have none as the people answering Spurs complaints say then will have a look and let me know, this is more than a year later
