Dacota Spur - Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience!

@Dacota Spur - Northgate Mall

So after a long day of activities my family and i decided to pop in at Dacota Spur at Northgate Mall.

We order 3xSteaks and 1xSchnitzel, of which the service was avg...however in a world lacking customer servvice we were happy with avg at that point in time, plus we were hungry. When food is served we digged inn...that was when i found a strain of hair in my food. Immediately i report this to my waiter (Pat) which in turn report this to his manager (Norma) which insit that they replace my meal. Reluctantly i accept...we decide to take this as a take-away as i no longer had an appetite to eat.

We get home and i open the take away meal. Only to again find a strain of hair - this time a little more obvious, long, and perfectly placed on my food. This is just sickening!

Again reported this to the manager who reported this to the operational manager - he assured me that he will conduct a proper investigation and return back to me in 24hrs.

I'll be waiting Mr Operational Manager?
