Customer Service? What a damn joke
<p>I just came from Spur Vangate Mall. My mother and I were escorted to a table and we waited for almost 15 mins for someone to approach us. Not a single server greeted us yet. They standing cleaning the damn tables. This is not the first time it happens. It's disgusting. Customer service is at an all time low. We eventually got up aand left. This is an embarrassment to the spur's name. And they weren't even busy.</p>
