Customer service Guru

Me and my partner usually visit spur restaurant and their service is always good from all their branches. However last week Saturday we visited the Jabulani branch and to be quite honest we did not expect to receive such an amazing service. We had 2 waitresses, one which we assume was a trainee and Lerato who was super seasoned(in terms of service). I mean Lerato is serious about not just giving great service but she gives SUPER service. She understood what we needed and she provided it if and when it was required. She knew everything that was to know about the menu and she also had some excellent recommendations. To be quite honest we were not even sure anymore if she was the waitress or the manager cause the manner in which she conducted herself was beyond amazing. Thank you for making us feel so important. We arrived around 10 am and ended up leaving around 4pm as we really had a great time at your resturant. Spur better make sure they keep you happy or else we will snatch you! Keep up the great work ethic.
