Customer service excellence from Spur Iowa Manager Llewellyn

I went to Iowa Spur, the one by Ipic Shopping centre (Soneike Mall) & when I got there I couldn’t sit comfortably because it wasn’t wheelchair friendly. Then I called the manager & told him my situation. He then himself rearranged a big table for me so that my friends & I could sit comfortably. I really appreciate his efforts & he really made me feel special. The way he treats his staff & customers are exceptional, even under pressure. I commend him for the customer service excellence. Thanks so much Llewellyn for making my night memorable & for always checking in to see that we’re getting the best experience. I really appreciate your efforts & hope you will get the recognition you deserve. Thanks for being an excellent leader & for leading by example. The way you treat your staff speaks volumes about you & I hope all the other Spur manager’s especially at your branch can learn from your exceptional example. As while we were there, there was one manager, an older lady with gray hair in a pony, shouting at the staff. I told you about it , but I hope you had a serious talk with her as she should treat her staff the same way or better than she treats clients or anyone else. I will be coming there again & hope to see all your managers following in your footsteps. I don’t mean to take away from your great review, but I’m just being honest. It doesn’t reflect badly on you, because you have outdone yourself & gone the extra mile for your customers. I can’t thank you enough. Keep up the good work. See you soon. Kind regards
