Customer service and lokg wait for orders

Went for breakfeast at spur at wild coast was ssated and waited for 15 minutes and no service had to call the manager to order my tea waited for tea which came 35 minutes later as per the waitress the manager dodnot put the order. I placed my order for breakfeast 30 minutes after i arrived and 15 minutes after my tea order i waited 30 minutes for my food. I waited a hour for my food from my arrival. The waitress also stated to me that rhey were short staffed despite knowing that the weekend is busy as managment didnot call enough staff. Their service and attitude is pathetic at this spur.
