Customer service

<p>I've been a patron of spur for many years and am usually impressed by their customer service. I was delighted to see the dessert menu has been updated to include mozart cake at the halaal spurs. Unfortunately, Mozart cake has been out of stock since December. I've been to 3 branches and it's always out of stock. I posted on the spur Facebook page only to be told I'm mistaken and it's not on the menu. I then emailed them a picture of the menu with the mozart cake listed and to date have not received a response. This isn't what I expect from Spur!</p>
