Customer punched a small child and no support from the restaurant

I am so disgusted by Spur at Kolonade mall. I witnessed a young boy being beaten by a complete stranger for accidentally bumping into him. He was slapped across the face and punched in the head. The poor child was so traumatized. All spur had to say was that they did not witness it and the man that punched this child denies it so they do not believe it happened. Is this not supposed to be a family restaurant???
