Cruel server that abused my son on my birthday

I am extremely dissatisfied with the conduct of a server at the Spar Somerset West Mall. During a busy festive season, my five-year-old son accidentally knocked over an empty bin while approaching the queue. The server, in a cruel and unprofessional manner, demanded that he pick it up, in the presence of the site manager, Leon.

Given the 34 years of democratic principles in our country, I expressed my strong disapproval to both the manager and the server regarding their inappropriate and aggressive treatment of my son.

Providing basic, equitable customer service is fundamental, and I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment if this server is present. She requires significant retraining to align with the store's established customer service culture.
