Could be better but handled situation well

I had my spur membership number ****** and used by a waiter, the guy used it to gain points on it but since I wasn't using it much I didn't check on it till I received an email thanking me for redeeming my voucher, this happened while I was out of the country.

I made a enquiry with spur and they did an investigation and found who this person was. I liked how they handled the matter and I was reimbursed for what the person had spent using my membership number.

I am happy with their service, they just need to work on this points system that it's not easily possible for people to commit ***** using this system.
