Copper Canyon Spur

We were at Copper Canyon Spur on the 29th after we voted, what a disaster! several families walked out due to no service. we eventually received your food after an hour and a half, not receiving our drinks, when we eventually received them, there was still three drinks we waited for, we got them just before we left.no cutlery and to top it all off we received used toast as well as open butter tubs, with wet sugar papers. when I told the server that the service is appalling all that he said was 'I do apologize' people that came in after us were helped before us and got their food and drinks, even though we were sitting there for over 20 mins already. we will never support that branch again. that's for sure!
