Cool and wrong meals at Spur Gordons Bay

This evening we had steaks at Spur Gordon's Bay. The chips and onion rings were just a bit warm but not eatable. The manager excused and I got new ones. The steak was also not hot so they took it and warmed it up. I also didn't get the steak which I ordered and it had prawns on the meat. They were not visible as the sauce was on top. After a couple of bites I realized that it was not the steak which had a strange taste but the prawns. And I am not a fish eater at all! I complained again and the waitress passed the message on to the manager. I followed up on this and was told that the manager said "sorry". My two friends did not return their chips and onion rings as they were hungry and did not want to wait longer. At the end all three of us were unhappy. The waitress Sophia was very friendly and excused at least. There were such few guests in the restaurant but they were still not able to cook the right meals and to serve them hot. We are not sure if we will go there again.
