Confusion and bad service

<p>Last night we went to Spur Preller Plein Bloemfontein , and as I have had bad experience there before I was doubtful it would be pleasant. I ordered 2 x three cheese burgers and was given 3 normal cheese burgers. I asked the waiter for well done meat at the beginning of my order and had to send a raw patty back to the kitchen. The manager brought me another raw burger and the chef himself brought me the 3rd raw burger. I waited more than an hour and wasnt in the mood to eat anymore but still after not consumong anything I was charged for 6 burgers on my bill. The manager stated that next time I visit I will get a discount. How can they let me pay for food i didnt eat? Why was I overcharged also? Never will they me or my family visit again.</p>
