Complicating something simple

Have emailed Spur on numerous occasions to load points for two visits. Still not loaded. Since December or January.

I changed my phone number and asked Panorotti's to combine my points. Was done in a day.

I told Spur to ignore my number change, but even that didn't get the to add my points.

How and why can something so simple take months?!
