Complaint re the Spur in Ottery

My friend and her daughter visited the Spur in Ottery yesterday for their birthday R50 special and wanted to take their left over food home with them, but were told by the waitress that they were not allowed to take it home. They asked the waitress why and her reply is that these were the rules from their head office.

Surely, it is the consumers rights to take home the food that they paid for. Kind regards Anonymous cell **********
