Complaint about Spur

Good Day

On Saturday the 06th of February 2021 I experienced a horrible service which is a health hazard to my self and family (Approximately around 17h00).

I visited the Spur in Eastgate Mall for an early dinner (family of five). Firstly our table was dirty, we had to ask the waitress to clean our table as if they were not marshaling us to the very table from outside. I thought that was it only to be served an off t-bone steak which had a horrible smell and the answer we got was it is very matured. How do you serve customers food that is smelling horribly due to being rotten then you come with an excuse that it is matured. I did not enjoy my stay at all even after It was taken away.

Very disappointed with spur, such a brand but seems not to care about the customers as if they are maximizing profits at the expense of customers with expired food.

You can imagine also the time spent in store!
