Complaint

Dear sir/mam. My name is vyron naidu. I would like to take this opportunity to share my experiences with these stores. On the 20/09/2019 I visited the spur at cornubia with my wife an 3 kids. Upon arrival I notice the store very dirty an tables not been cleaned. I requested a table near the play area, but none were available due to it been not cleaned from previous customers. They were waitrons just standing an doing nothing an not assisting cleaning up. My wife an I then seated ourselves an this dirty table while a waitron named Zodwa cleaned up.

We had then ordered our drinks an kids meal after afew minutes. My kids drinks an ours took around ten minutes to arrive even tho the shop was soo quite. Our kids meals an our starters took around 30 minutes to arrive. I was really disappointed, my kids were hungry so was my wife who just finish work. Luckily we ordered a pizza from panarottis as well which was given to us after a few mins.

During my awful experience at your store, the waitor did not mention her name to us, she did not offer us a kiddies chair or even crayons an a page for my baby to play with. I had to request this from all other waitrons standing by. There was no communication from the waitron nothing. No 2nd round of drinks offered nothing. I eventually just paid for what we had an left the store without even ordering our main meals. During my awful experience these were the people who assisted me at that store Steve (manager) Linda an samke(waitrons).

I would like to end this by saying I was once a spur employee, an I was one of the best waitrons in the spurs kzn. The Spur franchise as help me become a successful man today. An everyday I worked at spur I gave it my all I was passionate in my job an serving people from all over the country an my I say world Too. A humble request too please pick up the service levels an bring spur back to the (spur way).
