COMPLAINT

Greetings I am very disappointed with the manager at spur in Ladysmith. I reported my incident whereby I lost my ankle chain. They found the ankle chain but when I went to fetch it, it was nowhere to be found. Mr Braam told me that there is nothing he can do, because it's not their responsibility to look after customers lost items. This guy did not take me seriously as a manger how can he say such words? He told me that they only keep lost items for 7 days only, now my question is do they throw lost items aways after 7 days or they have a right to ***** or keep them as their own. I saw many lost cards but the only item that was missing was my ankle chain. He was supposed to investigate and charge the culprit but no he showed no interest in my complaint. I will never set my foot again there because he really took my complaint lightly and sided with his employee who is a lier and the one who found my chain.
