Complain poor service spur grey owl

I would like to lay a complain regarding one of your waitress at Spur Grey Owl. I went there today the 4th October 2025 to have breakfast with my son.

Below are the list of my complaints: - The waitress didn't want to give us time to look at the menu to order, immediately when we get there she wanted to take the order for the drinks. - she also didn't give us time to order the food immediately after dropping of the drinks she wanted to take the order and she told me that is not like we don't know what we want to order so she wants to take the order. - when we got the bill I gave her a tip of R10. 00 she complains to one of the waitress saying that they even gave me R10. 00 and I got them a dessert as well for free and it was not for free it was for loyalty card.

I just left without saying anything bcs I was with my son and I didn't want to start a fight.

I will never go there and I will not advise people to go there. And this spur was the best but this days is custom service is very poor
