Complain

I was at Spur watching in Harrismith I have never experienced such a bad service like the one I got today,it was disgusting.I first called to placed an order so when I arrive I eat,a rude lady told me they only do calls on take aways,then I went personally nobody was attending to us we just sat there the lady who came to us just came and told us she is knocking off someone will help us.we stood shame,yoh the service made me realize those people are *********** when it's busy how can staff leave if it's busy,there was no planning in place.
