Complain

@SpurRestaurant I had one of the baddest expierence ever in Spur Rocky River Ceres yesterday 24-02-19 I drove all the way from Cape town to Ceres where I took my family (,wife and 2 daughters for lunch) apon arival it all started ... my daughter 6years old took ill and vomited ,my wofe than had to give our littel girl wich is 7months old to so she could sort out my eldest daughter. One of the waitors then told us not to worry that he will clean up the mess,at this point I went to the car to fetch some medicine .on my return ,Your flippen manager has the deacency to.come my wife and ask her if she can bring hera a mop and bucket so that my wife must clean up a.d their dont clean other people mess(with a shock bad attitude) according to her their are not cleanes and its our duty to clean up the mess..whilst my wife is busy sorting out my daighter and my baby girl... we invite friends to eat with us aswell witness this experience. Ive ask your manager where are the customer service here,no remorse at all... im standing there and she laughs at me whlist talking to het ..this is flippen rude .....we got no satisfaction however because shes laughing us out ..we then decided to go eat at Wimpy.across the.road wich welcomed us with good service... our bill at spur was over R1200 and yet their thinks we not important enough ... is this the socking service one gets from Spur?????no sympathy or empathy.from your managers side ... ****** rude... their treated us like we **** .... is this hoe we must be treated as humans because your stuck up rrude manager thinks she can treat people aS she want ...disgusted about Spur !!!!!!!!!!
