Competition is rigged, for family members

Kindly advise regarding the Spur competition with Hirsch's, as advertised 3 prizes were up for grabs. I received a call that I have been selected for the draw. Go there and there's only 2 of us for the draw. The prizes were only the coffee machine and baking utensils, the other 2 prizes that's on the competition nowhere. 2 chits were in a lit with 1 folded very different. Something didn't seem right regarding this. And further more shouldn't the contestants draw the own chit, this wasn't so. Very disappointed to see so much dishonesty. The competition stated 3 prizes Bed, coffee machine and food processor, why wasn't these available and shouldn't it have been 3 people chosen for the draw.
