Cold old food

tonight me and my friend went to Falcon Arrow Spur in Southgate. very poor service we received. we were served cold food, the chips looked old, am sure they were recycled. we complained about the chips they warmed them but the burger was still cold and tasted horrible. we called the manager he promised go re-do our order he came back with the same old, cold burger. worst spur ever!
