Cold Food+Bad Management

We went to get a take away @ the Spur @ the NEW Watercrest Mall in Waterfall this evening, due to load shedding. We ordered our take away+confirmed the sauces that came with one of the meals to ensure it is included. When it arrived for us to take away the food was ice cold...being a take away you would hope it would be warm enough to eat by the time you get home NOT ice cold when it arrives(can't even warm up @ home due to the Prince of Darkness visiting our area) when we got to the counter to pay, I complained in a very diplomatic fashion and the response... A mouth full of teeth and a blank stare with what may have been a slight grunt. Oh well have learnt to have NO expectations.... To top it all off when we get home the burger bun was old and crumbly and there were no suaces in sight for our buffalo wings :( what a pity from a NEW store in a NEW mall!!!
