Cold food and waiter really bad nowhere to be found

It started off really well till waiter was quick then went to get breakfast buffet when got back with the food it was cold when wanted to complain to waiter had too look for her the entire time and she walks past every time saying she will be there now.... Eventually just Gave up... And ate the food and even still gave her a tip being a fair person because it started out great.... But never again breakfast spur Kenilworth
