Cold food and a 40min wait, great!

<p>We went out to spur with a craving for burgers on monday (10-10-2016). First thing was service was bad but that's not the point. We orderd 2 sauce burgers... 40min later the food arrived ice cold and no I'm not overreacting the beef patty on the burger was cold the chips was cold and the onion rings was also cold on both orders both was cold as well as the sauce that came with to top it all up management didn't even once came by and asked if everything was okay. So while sitting staring at this excuse of a order i went on Spur South Africa web page and send them a email through customer care...also didn't reply at all.. Never have i been so disappointed in such a well know restaurant. Service was terrible from both waiters and management and the food was horrible. That was the last time they (maverick spur) will be seeing me.</p>
