Cold Food
Spur Promenade Mall Mitchell's Plain. Always leaving disappointed. Food is always cold. Just one question. Is the ribs and burgers on standby? Please keep food fresh and hot.

I received a call from the manager to apologize and he guaranteed us world class service upon my next visit. The following day I received a call from customer service for a follow up on my complaint.
Very happy and hopefully don't have to write anything negative again.
