Cold breakfast at Silver Lynx Spur

After numerous visits to the Silver Lynx Spur (Matlosana Klerksdorp) I had a bad experience again at breakfast. This was the 5th time that the breakfast arrived on a clod plate and the food was cold ! Again I asked for the manager to attend to the problem and the food was heated again. My question is > why do they not heat the plates and secondly why do they allow the food to cool down and not serve it to the customer in time ? The restaurant was not that busy and although I told the waitress that I wouldn't accept a cold breakfast again she ignored the remark and still brought the food cold. When I left I did see that suddenly they were serving the other tables with hot plates ........... ?? Thank goodness there are other restaurants in Klerksdorp that still give good service and hot meals. They've lost a long time customer due to *********** staff
