Cold as Ice

Ordered food from Spur Oakridge in equistria, the food that was delivered was so cold that not even a penguin from the north pole will eat it!! In these times were businesses need all the business that they can get, atleast make sure that the food is hot, even though it seems like food which was prepared in the morning. The veggies that we received especially the pumpkin was not even cooked properly, not even the dog from pumpkin patch will eat that!!! Very poor service, but then again who gives good service in this democratic country.....
