****roaches in finger bowl

It's very disappointing what customer service is becoming nowadays. I went to celebrate my anniversary and had lunch at Spur (Suncoast). whilst rinsing my hands in the finger bowl before eating my meal, I find a baby ****roach floating in the water. the waitress just says I'm sorry and runs off with the bowl as if it is just 1 of those things. it was a real put off but my husband insisted that I should just let it go as we wanted to enjoy our day. What is the kitchen like that the waiters won't even realise there's insects crawling on our food?
