Clueless staff

The services is ridiculously slow, the waiters have no idea what they are doing, I had get up and go fetch my own water, our waiter literally only got my first drink and food after which he vanished. I had to ask three times for them to switch off the air conditioning, the one waitress I asked for water flat out ignored me.
