Clearwater Spur - Disgusting

Spur Steakhouse - Clearwater - Disgusting service, food and dirty eating area.

It is my second time eating at this restaurant and both occasions was totally disgusted. We moved tables to be closer to the play area for my grandson. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned off and to remove the dirty. 15 minutes wait. Asked them to clean the floor where the beer was dropped - another 15 minutes. Waited for a waiter to take our order - 20 minutes, cutlery was dirty, food was cold and just not acceptable. They serve silverside instead of steak. Chips is totally disgusting. I would not recommend anybody to eat at that restaurant. Waiting period from the time we arrived to end of our meal could easily have been 2 hours. But when we had to make payment, they were there and watching us.

Will never go back there. Their was one staff member that totally ignored me when I asked for the colour-in page that is given to the little kids to occupy themselves.

There was however one person, not sure if he was the floor manager who was both friendly, and very helpful towards customers.
