Clearly no taste for service

Sitting in Spur having breakfast, we sat down at 10:21 to wait until 10:43 for our coffee because it was brewing, now this is fine but then we get our breakfast shortly afterwards that was cold and only five minutes later literally we received cold toast on old bread. We complained to the manager about this who apologized but then we get attitude from the waitress when all we wanted to do is just come out for a decent expecting the service that we pay for. Really disappointing, seen that we are regulars at this Spur.
