Chunky salad

I loooove spur, esoecially their chicken avo and bacon salad. But as of late, ive been majorly disappointed. Its like they are lazy to prepare the salad especially for take away. Im always buying the salad atleasr twice a week. The past 3 times, i find HUGE thick cuts of onions and lettuce. I have to take a few bites before actually swallowinh. How do u put such huge chunks of oniona in a salad? The chicken is not in bite sized strips but big block chunks. .u end up with a big mess. Sometimes they forget to add cutlery wbich is a big inconvenience. You have lost a loyal salad loving customer.
