Children under 6 not required to wear mask according to the law! Spur what regulation are you using?

According to the countries disaster management, under lockdown level 3 children under 6 are not required to wear masks. I went to a spur (Mondeor columbine square) with my 5 year old and 2 year old. My husband and I were wearing our masks and our kids were not, we walked through the door, sanitized our hands, did the covid screening, sat down, and looked at the menu. My children wanted to go play. during the time my kids were playing, the manager came to tell us that the kids required masks, my husband proceeded to tell him that kids 5years and below were not required to wear masks as they are not equipped to wear masks and might suffocate. The manager did not want to understand, i went to the who website on my mobile and showed him from the website that according to WHO it was not required for children 5 years and under to wear masks. He went to call his senior manager who came on a very high horse telling us that she is the senior manager and that if we will not listen we must go. She proceeded to go get my children to throw them out of the play area, which my husband went after her to stop her from touching our kids. my children were crying hysterically and they all stood by the door as to tell us to go. I was not impressed with the treatment and requested policies that support this. I have sent a message on twitter and i still do not have the reply i am looking for. My 2 year old had a birthday party at spur in November 2020 and no one said for them to wear mask then. what changed, when did it change, i would like to see the policies.
