Chewy, dry,meatless chappies Ribs

Yesterday, on the 20th of December 2019. I decided to go spoil my Queen, my mother, at spur. She has been with me throughout this tough year as I have been in and out of hospital. Her favorite meal at spur is the Ribs of course. We decided to go to New redruth. I was confident the service and quality would be be outstanding. To my disappointment. It was the opposite. The waiter didn't check up on us one bit. But the most disappointment was the quality of the Ribs. DRY CHEWY AND MEATLESS. I advised the manager but got the same thing after about 45minutes later. To which my mom's mood had changed. So had mine. So we took them as doggy bags and tried to out chew them but it was too hard. My gums left painful. So we gave the meal to our dog. But the thing is if I wanted to spoil my dog I would have bought him cookies not a R179 meal pp. My intentions to my Queen were shattered. The mood changed and money wasted. Had I known we could have gone to a better quality restaurant with the price I paid. This review can go longer but the most disappointment was seeing my mom's smile turning into a frown. It's too bad
