Check your food it may be raw

Whent to Spur Zewenwagt on the 13th December and was served raw ribbs twice, the manager was very apologetic, and took my details, so the owner can phone me. It is now 10 days later, and the owner just did not bother. Clearly he does not care abought his business customers. I am now at the Spur and the manager assured me he gave my details to the owner. The irony is here I am and again there are issues, items out of stock. What a useless Spur. Great staff, useless owner.
