Celebration dinner gone to the Dogs, Literally.

Tuesday 02 July 2024, I decided to take my fiancé to our favorite family restaurant spur (Zevenwacht Cayote Steak Ranch) to Celebrate her Promotion at work . What a regret. As we were seated our waitress brings menus, doesn't introduce herself, she asks us what we'd like to drink, my Fiancé ordered a Vanilla shake and I a Turkish Delight Shake and a glass of water. 15mins later the waitress brings our drinks, now, I don't have milkshakes often and Turkish delight is my favorite and can only get at Spur, I was forced into drinking a ****** Turkish Delight Latte. What the hell is a Turkish Delight Latte? our waitress didn't apologize nor did she ask if I'd like to change it ,she just rudley walked away nonchalantly. So I'm sitting here with a warm cup of **** honestly struggling to drink it, but non the less. Our food comes (400g ribs special), OMG the portion of chips and onion rings was embarrassing, the chips tasted like deep fried hake, the onion rings were burnt to ****, and the main, Ribs itself takes like rubber, was dry, no basting or sauce, literally just cooked rubber on the fire if even cooked on the fire "flame grilled". My Fiancé now practically starving gets a takeaway box for her and my ribs to take home for the dogs to feast on, because I wouldn't Feed that to any human being .

SO DISAPPOINTED!!

Apon paying the bill we even gave a R40 tip. I should've kept it to buy my Fiancé a pie at the Petrol station on the way home.
