Cashier Manager seemed confused whether points were added or not.

Please can you confirm if the points for the R330.00 we spent at Tucson Spur tonight was added to my family card? I asked the cashier/manager whether the points were added - he claimed that the card was swiped, but did not present me with the slip they always give me when the points were added.
