CAPE GATE SPUR - TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My family and I had the absolute worst experience at Spur (Cahokia) in Cape Gate today.

Firstly, we were waiting for a spot in the smoking section for about 10 minutes, which was okay, but then they gave the table to two ladies who were there AFTER us. The waiter we told we were waiting for the table "politely" told us they were at an inside and asked for the table long before we came there. PEOPLE THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN INSIDE AND ORDERED TOOK OUR TABLE??? Like sorry new clients, but these ladies already eating are gonna have the table you have been waiting for. Woooow.

So we wait another 10 minutes for a table. We eventually get one, immediately place our food and drink orders. We waited 20 MINUTES for 2 coffees and 2 cream sodas.

We then waited for our food for an additional 45 minutes! And they weren't even busy. A table came in AFTER us. Ordered AFTER us. Got their food before us. Paid. And left and we had still not received our food.

They brought our toast. Cold. No plates. No food. The food came 15 minutes after the toast.

Also. Our coffees were bottomless. The waiter came ONCE to ask if we wanted coffee or a refill.

The manager after the 5th complaint, we got a "so sorry".

Thanks Cape Gate spur for the worst breakfast of my life.
