Cannot do basics

3 attempts to cook a stake medium. 1st time Rare , 2nd time medium rare but closer to rare , 3rd time well done. This appears to be common as I have tried various Spurs and they clearly do not know how to be a steak house. Should be call Spur Breakfast Palace when they can maybe get your eggs right.
